Here at Vintage Viola we pride ourselves on matching you with the perfect purchase.
f you find you’re not totally satisfied with your item you can exchange instore or return by post at your own cost.
(Please contact us via chat on the shop page if you need to make a return).

 

As we are a charity we are happy to exchange your chosen item for another item at the same price or you can pay the price difference; unfortunately, there isn’t a refund option as its too costly for the Foundation.

 

Quality Control:
All our garments are lovingly inspected, washed, steamed and prepared for our customers.
This means they are COVID free and good to go!

 

All our items are preloved and so may have some flaws or imperfections, these will noted on shop labels or online descriptions, so please read descriptions carefully. Items are sold as seen.

FAQ’s

  1. Do you provide international delivery?
    Unfortunately we are not able to deliver outside Mainland UK at the moment.

     

  2. How do we return an item?
    You have 21 days to ‘return’ an item in the condition it was purchased in for an EXCHANGE only.
    You should contact us via the chat option on the main page.

     

  3. How do I track my order?
    We use HERMES for our delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number on point of postage.

     

  4. how do I contact your courier?
    If you have an issue with your delivery you can contact Hermes using your tracking number provided.
     

  5. What are your delivery options?
    You can either ‘Click & Collect’ or your item will be posted via the Hermes delivery service.
